appointment of new Chief Operating Officer, Larry Powers, founder and senior
partner of Powers, International, a business consulting firm headquartered in

Dr. Powers is well-known for his proficiency in
establishing, implementing, and maintaining organization strategy, business
process improvement, RoHS/WEEE compliance consulting, leadership development,
organizational effectiveness/development, and other initiatives aligned with the
culture and specific needs of organizations.
In welcoming Dr. Powers to
the executive team, Todd R.G. Hill, CEO and Founder of trueCycle, Inc. said,
“The addition of Dr. Larry Powers provides trueCycle a COO with proven

Dr. Powers’ previous
professional experience includes: 10 years as Western Regional Director for a
training and consulting company and 17 years with Xerox Corporation. Powers
holds a Masters degree in Technology Management and a Doctoral degree in
Organization Change from Pepperdine University.
